Delete your denderites account
Last updated: 4 November 2026
This page explains how to have your denderites account, and the data tied to it, deleted. denderites is made by AiWindsAdmiral.
Do you have an account?
Most people do not: denderites works without one, and your maps then stay on your device, where we never see them. To remove them, delete your maps, clear the app's data or uninstall the app; we hold nothing about you to delete.
You have an account only if you sign in to our server, server.denderites.com, which comes with the cloud subscription. Accounts are not open to everyone yet.
Asking for deletion
Write to the contact address on denderites' Google Play listing with the subject "Delete my denderites account" and your user name. We will confirm that the account is yours, delete it as soon as we can, and reply when it is done.
Once accounts open to everyone, the app will let you delete your account yourself too.
What is deleted
- your account: your user name, your password's hash and your sign-in tokens;
- the maps you own, with their history and their chat, from our server, and so for the people you shared them with too;
- the messages you wrote in other people's maps;
- the agents you added, and their access;
- what you were given access to, the labels you hold, and the feature requests you sent.
What is kept
- Changes you made to maps other people own stay in those maps, as part of their work, with your user name in their history.
- Copies of maps already on other people's devices stay on those devices.
- Your user name alone, so that no one else can take it and inherit what names it.
- Server logs and backups keep what they already hold until they are deleted, after a limited time.
- Maps on your own devices stay there until you remove them or uninstall the app.
